The Biography of Jim Brogan
Jim Brogan has been engaging and inspiring audiences with his message of personal achievement since 1988. His audiences have ranged from 100 to 10,000, sharing his unique leadership and positive attitude strategies.
Jim regularly speaks for a variety of leaders ranging from entry level to experienced corporate executives, business groups, colleges, sports organizations and Universities. He has worked with NFL coaches and players Matt Ryan (Falcons), Drew Brees (Chargers), David Garrard (Jaguars), Malcolm Floyd (Chargers), Dan Quinn (Falcons HC), Jack Del Rio (Raiders HC), Dirk Koetter (Tampa Bay HC), and Cam Cameron (former Chargers OC). He has done consulting for the Chicago Cubs, San Diego Padres and USA Baseball. Jim works with Major League Baseball players such as Cole Hamels (Texas Rangers), Mark Prior (former Chicago Cubs), Cameron Maybin (former San Diego Padres), Gregg Dobbs (former Miami Marlins) and Carlos Quentin (former San Diego Padres). He has also consulted with Hollywood producer, property master and Visual Effects master, Kent H. Johnson. Some of Kent’s productions include “The Expendables” and “The Italian Job”, to name a few.
He has presented to Fortune 100 companies such as Nestle, Qualcomm and KPMG as well as aspiring medical and business students.
Jim’s journey from childhood to college, graduating with two degrees, to professional athlete, and successful businessman, has provided him with a lifetime of stories and experiences to share with audiences. The leadership skills and internal drive he has demonstrated in his pursuit of excellence are an inspiration to all. He is able to address a wide range of topics including effective communication, motivation, management, mentorship and leadership.
Jim’s highly-valued, actionable and results oriented content along with his witty, commanding and engaging style has made him a favored keynote to audiences of all ages. His personal mission is to develop and promote champions. Jim realizes the importance of giving back and lends his time and name to many charities. As one of the original founders of the Pitch It Forward Foundation, he saw the need for leadership skills in student athletes.
